原来，这家影院从施工时就不断“闹鬼”，传说影院的位置正处城市的鬼门关，古代有高人以“八棺镇邪”之术，将八具恶人尸体入棺，以八卦阵图埋葬。施工队把棺材挖出后，鬼门打开，工地不断有人离奇死亡，发生不少灵异事件，前后两任开发商都暴毙，如今，第三任开发商也暴病命危。
