改编自Youtube上同名频道的网络动画。以24岁的新人OL?小桃与40岁的资深OL?梅就工作及其他话题进行对话为主。真人版日剧中，小桃（伊藤沙莉）虽然工作上还未熟习，但能发挥强大的观寮力，对社员和公司消息进行有趣的吐槽。梅姐（江口法子）则是每次小桃开始用小小的声音搭话说「梅姐，梅姐」时，以如母亲的包容力听着她的发言，也接续着她的吐槽，成为最强的拍档。■ 栗山千明演长舌姐，为人很有领导风范，不会听别人说话，渐渐就会变成只有她在说，在公司里无人不知的人气王，因为大家都用这个绰号称呼她，已经没有人知道她的本名，她的兴趣是在高速公路飙车、海明威、DIY。
