TVB台庆剧由王浩信、唐诗咏、张曦雯等主演《解决师》接捧《金宵大厦》播出，今年TVB的三部台庆剧之一。
《我是大侦探》是湖南卫视和芒果TV共同打造的大型情境类益智互动推理秀，由《明星大侦探》原版人马倾情打造，节目将秉承电影级高品质的精良制作水准，以调动“全民动脑”为首要宗旨，再加入极致夸张逗趣的明星角色扮演等综艺元素。一档节目同时融合“综艺感”、“电影感”、“角色扮演”、“演技比拼”、“推理角力”等众多元素，并精心打造超逼真场景，致力于开发最便捷最好玩的互动模式，每期集结6位超强阵容高能玩家，解锁层层悬念，找出关键人物K，引发全民推理热潮。
该季会有两大主演离开，分别是饰演男主Rick Grimes的Andrew Lincoln及饰演Maggie的Lauren Cohan，他们皆只会在第九季演出6集。另据透露AMC正试图给弩哥Daryl的扮演者Norman Reedus加钱来挽留他并让他担任男主，不过AMC目前没有正式回应。最后在第九季中，Samantha Morton加盟饰演反派Alpha，「低语者/The Whisperers」的领袖，这群人把丧尸的皮扳在身上来当掩饰。另网友透露：衍生剧，《行尸之惧》将会和正剧全面会师，可能这是唯一值得期待的地方了吧。
