决定将第四季作为终结版的《丑女大翻身》于10月10日正式开机，由于本季将会对林无敌的感情做出终极选择，使得广大粉丝——“哈丑族”们，从开机第一天便开始关注片场动向。据该片总制片人郝晓江表示，第四季中林无敌将在事业上大获成功，感情戏虽不会开花结果，但也会出现萌芽。导演张峰也证实称：“林无敌将彻底翻身，成为总裁。”
