大型现场互动音乐歌会节目《谁最闪亮 音乐现场》是云南卫视全力打造的的一挡积极健康、新颖独特的娱乐节目，云南卫视提出了“打造新娱乐、创意新视听”的节目理念，《音乐现场》节目就是体现这一理念的核心和重点。《谁最闪亮 音乐现场》由著名娱乐节目主持人戴军主持，于每周日晚20：15在云南卫视现场直播，每期时长70分钟。节目将秉承“坚持原创、绝对真唱”的原则，采用全部歌手现场真唱，场内场外歌迷互动的方式展现，中间还插有歌手介绍、榜外新人新曲推荐等环节，最终通过观众网络和手机投票产生出本周流行金曲，其后以相应的方式产生出月冠军、季度冠军，以此推介最好的新歌、最流行的新歌、最有可能成为未来经典的新歌，发现最具潜力、拥有无限未来的歌坛“新”星。
