業田良家「男の操」のドラマ化が決定した。BSプレミアムにて、11月12日より全7回で放送される。「男の操」は、紅白出場を夢見る売れない演歌歌手・五木みさおを中心に描かれるヒューマンコメディ。ドラマではみさお役を浜野謙太が、みさおの亡き妻・純子役を倉科カナ、みさおのひとり娘・あわれ役を粟野咲莉が演じる。劇中歌「男の操」の作曲は、業田の指名でつんく♂が担当。業田は「主題歌の歌詞に曲をつけてくれるなら、絶対につんく♂さんがいいとお願いしました。夢が叶って嬉しいです」と喜びのコメントを発表している。
